RETURN AND EXCHANGE PROCESS

You can send us the products you want to return or exchange by filling out the return/exchange form in the box in detail about your request.

The products to be returned or exchanged must be delivered complete and undamaged, along with their standard accessories, original box, packaging and intact label, within 15 days at the latest.

Promotional and campaign products given as gifts should also be sent along with the return.

To send your return and exchange cargo at a discount with Yurtiçi Cargo, you can give the officer the information Customer code: 193438743 and return/exchange confirmation code: 743223193 .

During the return process, the shipping fee belongs to the BUYER. It is deducted from the refund fee.

During the exchange process, the cargo belongs to the SELLER.

RETURN CONDITIONS

There is absolutely no refund for used and/or unlabeled products.

Returns of products that are damaged due to use (torn, deformed in the mold, broken, etc.) are not accepted.

In accordance with legal regulations, all orders are shipped with a delivery note and invoice. Make sure that you have all the legal documents sent to you during the return process. There is no refund for products without an invoice.

EXCHANGE CONDITIONS:

If you want to replace the product you purchased with another size or color of the same model; If you notify your exchange request via e-mail before shipping and specify your request clearly and in detail in the exchange form included in the box, the necessary action will be taken as soon as the products reach us.
